Domestic shipping

SEE/SAW gladly ships for free to the 48 contiguous states in the US, including Washington, DC. But we do not ship to Post Office boxes. We do reserve the right to refuse the shipment of any order at our sole discretion. If we are unable to ship your order for any reason, we will issue you a full refund and contact you immediately—we love when you leave your phone number but email is great, too. We’re here to ship you great things, but this is our policy if something unusual comes up. We ship all orders within 1 to 2 business days of your order placement, excluding Sundays and holidays.

returns & exchanges

We have a 30 day return policy so most items may be returned in store or online for a refund within 30 days of delivery. For orders returned by mail a $9 shipping and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount. We’re absolutely free shipping to your recipient and we are confident they and you will love your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original shipping packaging. If the original packaging was discarded, we kindly ask that you be responsible for arranging equivalent packaging that protects the items in transit. Fragile items that were not properly repackaged and arrive to us damaged will not be refunded.

Once we receive your returned items in unused condition, we will automatically issue a refund to your original form of payment within 3 business days. Your banking institution may take additional time to process and post the transaction to your account. This can take up to 10 business days in some cases.

Items purchased in store may be returned for store credit without receipt at current pricing and must be returned within 30 days. With receipt, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment unless store credit is requested.

We do not take returns for open wellness and beauty items such as face masks, skin and body care. They get thrown out and create landfill waste. We kindly ask that you give it to friend and we have in store testers so that you can try before you buy.
